While most realtors have a broker they must answer to, we are the broker. We own the company so this means we decide how much to charge!

In most real estate deals, the seller pays all the commissions to the listing agent and the buyer's agent. With our program, the commission you pay is cut at least by 1/2!

We also have other services available. You choose which services you want. This way, you only pay for the services you need.
