Now, instead of agreeing to pay up to 6-7% in commissions once your home sells, you pay us a Flat Fee of $ 395.00 upfront, and agree to pay a buyer's agent (if the buyer uses one) a 2.5% commission when your home is sold. Thats a huge savings!

Now, here's the best part- YOU are in control! You make the appointments to show your home, you meet the buyers looking at your home, you make all the decisions. Plus, if a buyer want to purchase your home and they don't use a buyer's agent, then you don 't pay the 2.5% commission! You keep that money for yourself.

Lastly, remember we are here anytime you have a question or need advice. Plus if you decide you would like a full service listing instead and pay commissions at closing, we will switch your contract, and refund your flat fee when your home sells.
