For Sellers- This is what makes us different from all the rest! We are a Flat Fee Listing Brokerage. We offer all the same programs as other real estate agencies, but we also offer more. With our Flat Fee listing service, all you pay is $395.00 upfront and we list your home in the Multpile Listing Service (MLS). Its that simple. Why pay thousands of dollars for another agent to list your home.
